C.J. Cron Has Minor Wrist Procedure

According to Jeff Fletcher of Ocregister.com Los Angeles Angels first basemen C.J. Cron underwent a minor procedure on his wrist.

In other Angels news, Scioscia revealed that C.J. Cron (cyst removed from right wrist) and David Freese (cleanup on left ankle) had minor surgeries in the offseason. Scioscia said both are 100 percent now.

C.J. Cron who was drafted in the first round of the MLB draft in 2011 made his major league debut with the Angels this season.

He appeared in 79 games while hitting .256 with 11 homeruns. The surgery should not affect Cron with Spring Training around the corner.
