Brooklyn Nets vs. Los Angeles Lakers Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: February 20, 2015
The Los Angeles Lakers will host the Brooklyn Nets tonight at the Staples Center. The Lakers are currently on a six game losing streak.
Coach Byron Scott told the media the following today, as reported by ESPN.com:
“”With 25 (games) left or maybe a little bit less than that, I’ll probably make another lineup change,” Scott told the team’s official website. “Just to give some other guys some time to just go out there and show what they could do as well. So I do expect probably one more — at least — lineup change.”
Scott has already made lineup changes and has added Jordan Clarkson to the starters.
The Brooklyn Nets will have to play without Kevin Garnett tomorrow as they dealt him back to his old stomping ground in Minnesota. Mason Plumlee said the following to the media regarding their scoring problems. ESPN.com reports:
“We have some scoring lulls,” said center Mason Plumlee. “If you don’t score, it doesn’t matter how good your defense is.”
Brooklyn didn’t have any such issues against the Lakers on Feb. 23, winning 108-102 to end an 11-game slide in the all-time series.”
Let’s see what the Lakers can bring to the game after the long All-Star break!
