BREAKING: Lakers Name Luke Walton Head Coach

According to Mike Bresnahan of the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Lakers have hired former Laker Luke Walton as their next head coach.
The coaching search was pretty short, Lakers going with one of their own. Luke Walton went 39-4 in place of Steve Kerr this season.

Bresnahan also reported news on the deal.

Arash Markazi of ESPN.com also reported the news.
Luke Walton will become the youngest active head coach in the NBA at 36 years old when he takes over the Lakers.
