McCarthy has been working his way back after undergoing Tommy John Surgery. With the Dodgers struggling to stay healthy in the rotation it is a great sign to see McCarthy return to the mound.
Clayton Kershaw was just placed on the 15-day disabled list after dealing with a herniated disc in his back. Los Angeles is coming off a 5-0 win over the Rockies with Bud Norris getting the win as the newest Dodger.
