According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today Sport Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brandon McCarthy is scheduled for a MRI on Monday.
The #Dodgers could also be a starter down with Brandon McCarthy scheduled for MRI on Monday after elbow pain. He’s given up #MLB high 9 HRs

McCarthy left last night’s win over the San Diego Padres due to elbow problems and the Dodgers hope it’s just minor tendinitis.
In four starts this season McCarthy hasn’t been particularly good. His ERA of 5.87 is nothing to go home to tell mom about and he has given up a Major League high of 9 home runs.
However, for whatever reason when he is on the mound the Dodgers batters come alive as they have hit 11 home runs in games he has pitched.
McCarthy is 3-0 this season but if his ERA continues to stay that high his record won’t stay that great for long. The Dodgers are already struggling with starting pitching depth and the injury to McCarthy could make things even more of a struggle.
