Bellinger Lifts Dodgers To Tie Series 2-2

Cody Bellinger hit an RBI single in the 13th inning to give the Los Angeles Dodgers a 2-1 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. The series is now tied at 2 games apiece.

Rich Hill got the start for Los Angeles and pitched 5.0 innings. He allowed 3 hits and 1 run. He walked 3 and struck out 6 as he was awarded a no-decision.

On the other side, Gio Gonzalez got the start. He pitched 1 inning allowing 2 hits and 1 run. He left the game due to an ankle injury.

The offense got started in the first inning when Brian Dozier hit an RBI double to left field that brought in Chris Taylor.

It was Domingo Santana who came on in the fifth inning and hit a pinch-hit double that brought in Orlando Arcia and tied the score at 1-1.

Bellinger made a spectacular play in the outfield and then capped things off with an RBI single that brought in Manny Machado and the Dodgers won 2-1.
