According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com, the NBA has fined Los Angeles Clippers guard Austin Rivers 25,000 for a verbal outburst at a fan.
The NBA has fined Los Angeles Clippers guard Austin Rivers $25,000 for a verbal outburst directed at a courtside fan on Friday night at Staples Center, league sources tell ESPN.

Rivers apologized on his official Twitter account.
Apologize to the fans for using that language….I was simply trying to stick up for my teammate being heckled at. Ended up barking at the wrong fan. Apologies again! All love 🙏🏼
