Astros Beat Angels 5-2

The Houston Astros used a strong outing from Brad Peacock to beat the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim 5-2 on Thursday night. Anaheim has loss 2 out of the last 3 three games.
Peacock pitched 6 innings allowing 3 hits and 1 run. He walked 3 and struck out 3 as he picked up his 11th win of the year.
On the other side Ricky Nolasco got the start. He pitched 6 innings allowing 4 hits and 2 runs. He walked 1 and struck out 1 as he picked up his 14th loss of the year.
The offense got started in the 2nd inning. Alex Bregman hit a RBI double that brought in Marwin Gonzalez. Yuli Gurriel followed with an RBI single and the Astros led 5-2.
In the 4th inning Luis Valbuena hit a solo shot to put the Angels on the board. Gonzalez hit a RBI double in the 8th inning that brought in Josh Reddick and Jose Altuve. Brian McCann hit a sacrifice fly in the 9th that brought in Derek Fisher.
Albert Pujols hit a solo shot in the 9th inning but they were unable to come back and Astros beat Anaheim 5-2.
