Angels Use Late Inning Rally To Beat Mariners 6-3

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim used a late inning rally to beat the Seattle Mariners 6-3. For the Angels they have won 5 in a row now.
For the Halos JC Ramirez got the start. He pitched 5 innings allowing 7 hits and 3 runs. He walked 3 and struck out 4 as he was awarded a no decision.
On the other side Erasmo Ramirez got the start. He pitched 6 innings allowing 3 hit and a 1 run unearned. He walked 1 and struck out 1 he was awarded a no decision for his efforts.
The offense got started in the 3rd inning when Nelson Cruz hit a RBI single that brought in Leonys Martin. Kyle Seager hit a RBI single later in the inning that pushed the Mariners lead to 2-0.
In the 5th inning Kyle Cowart reach base on a throwing error and the brought in C.J. Cron. Seager hit a solo shot in the 5th inning that pushed the Seattle lead to 3-1.
Luis Valbuena hit a two-run shot in the 7th inning. Albert Pujols hit a 2-run double in the 8th that brought in Ben Revere and Mike Trout to give the Halos a 5-3 advantage. Andrelton Simmons hit a sacrifice fly that gave the Angels a 6-3 lead.
Cam Bedrosian came on in the 9th inning to pick up his 5th save of the year. Anaheim and Seattle will continue their series today at 1:10 p.m. PST. Parker Bridwell and Ariel Miranda are the projected starters.
