Jackson was drafted in the first round of the 2007 amateur draft. He has spent seven years in the minors and has never made it to the majors.
He finally got his chance when he signed with the Rockies in 2014. He appeared in just seven games and hit .214.
The Giants originally drafted him and have traded to get him back. Williams was hitless in three at bats for the Angels this Spring.
