Angels Interested In Chase Utley?

@LA_Angels_RR

According to Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have expressed interested in Los Angeles Dodgers second basemen Chase Utley.

Heyman added some thoughts on the Angels potentially signing the veteran. Below is an excerpt from his article. You can read the full article here.

“The Angels make sense as a potential fit for Utley since he’s had success nearby with the Los Angeles Dodgers, went to UCLA and grew up in Long Beach.”

Utley spent 13 years with the Philadelphia Phillies before being traded to the Dodgers in 2015. He has played well since coming home to the West Coast and could provide some much needed stability on the field and in the locker room.

Last season with the Dodgers Utley hit .252 with 14 homeruns and 52 RBI’s. As more information surfaces on the Angels and their offseason news we will keep you up to date.
