Angels Ink Javy Guerra

According to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have agreed to a minor league deal with Javy Guerra.
Confirmed Angels have signed RHP Javy Guerra to a minor league deal with spring invite. Career 2.87 ERA in 146 games. Mostly LAD 11-13

Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Guerra is a former fourth round pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers back in the 2004 MLB draft. He spent three years with the Dodgers before joining the Chicago White Sox for two seasons.
Guerra only pitched in three games last season. He was suspended in July of 2015 after test positive for drug abuse. Guerra has shown he can pitch in the big leagues. He sports a career ERA of 2.87.
