Angels Avoid Arbitration With C.J. Cron

According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have avoided arbitration with first basemen C.J. Cron.

Cron is a former first round pick of the Angels in the 2011 MLB draft. He has spent his entired four year career with the club where he has played primarly first base.
Last season witht the club Cron hit .248 with 16 homeruns and 56 RBI’s. He played in 100 games with the club. Anaheim is hoping to see some more consistency with the first basemen in 2018.
Anaheim is looking to make the playoffs this year after just missing out last season.
