Angels Acquire Jefry Marte

According to Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have accquire Jefry Marte from the Detroit Tigers for Kody Eaves.
Angels have acquired 3B Jefry Marte from the Tigers for 2B Kody Eaves. Marte played in 33 MLB games last year; Eaves was still in A ball.

Jefry Marte, DFAed when Tigers signed Justin Upton, traded to Angels for minor-league infielder Kody Eaves.

Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reported some information on Marte.
New #Angels INF Jefry Marte is a big 1B/3B with some pop. Hit 4 HRs in 33 G for #Tigers last season. Bats and throws RH.

Marte has spent a majority of his career in the minor league and made his debut in the majors in July of 2015. He appeared in 33 games with the Tigers and hit 4 home runs and hit .213.
