Andrew Cashner Lands On DL

According to the San Diego Padres official Twitter account starting pitcher Andrew Cashner has been placed on the disabled list due to hamstring issues.
Andy Green announces that Andrew Cashner will be placed on the 15-day DL, retroactive 5/9, with a right hamstring strain.

Jon Morosi of FOX Sports had this to say about the injury.
#Padres received trade interest in both Tyson Ross and Andrew Cashner during offseason. No moves. Now they’re both on DL.

Reports began to surface earlier in the week that Cashner was dealing with hamstring problems. Scott Miller of Bleacher Report reported the news as well.
