Anaheim Ducks Look For Better Result In New Jersey
- Updated: December 19, 2015
The Anaheim Ducks will travel to New Jersey to take on the Devils on Saturday night. After being shutout by Buffalo a few nights ago they will be looking for a better result tonight.
Anaheim dealt Kyle Palmeria to the Devils on Draft night to provide salary cap space. Anaheim hasn’t played as well without him.
New Jersey is led by Mike Cammalleri who has 30 points on the year. He has 11 goals and 20 assists. Palmeria is second on the team with 25 points, 13 goals and 12 assists.
Cory Schneider will not be in goal for the Devils. He is coming off his worst performance of the year when he allowed four goals against the Florida Panthers.
Keith Kinkaid with get the start. He has allowed just one goal in his last two outings. The Devils also got Tuomo Ruutu back in the lineup. He hadn’t played since the middle of October before returning to the lineup on Thursday.
Anaheim is looking to avoid their third straight loss and desperately need a strong effort tonight.
