The time is almost here! In just a few hours we will get to see all of the big names in baseball take the field as they compete in the 2015 All-Star Game!
The American League has won two in a row and 14 of their last 18 meetings with the National League. This includes nine of the 12 since the event gained ownership to a home-field advantage in the World Series.
Regardless of the AL’s recent winnings, the NL still dominates when you look at the bigger picture. Their record is 43–40–2.
For this game, the home team will be the NL, because of where the game is being played (Cincinnati). This ballpark is the owner of a 45–38 edge, though it has won just three of the last 10 contests.
