Warriors Destroy Lakers 116-75 (Video)

The Los Angeles Lakers continued their preseason last night against the Golden State Warriors. It was a massacre as the Lakers were embarrassed 116-75. The Lakers have spent most of training camp focusing on defense but it looks as if their efforts went to waste last night. Stephen Curry scored 12 of his 25 points in the first 3 minutes of the game as he showed off his shooting touch. The Warriors sprinted off to an early 39-13 lead after their hot shooting start in the first quarter.  Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash combined for just 1-14 during the quarter.  Steve Nash did not look or feel like himself, and left the game early. The most entertaining thing for the Lakers last night was the Ronnie Price shoe incident. Arash Markazi tweeted about Ronnie Price’s incident.

Ronnie Price lost his shoe on a possession and thought it would be a good idea to throw at Andre Iguodala in a effort to slow the Warriors down.  Price received a technical foul for the play.

Robert Sacre and Wayne Ellington both scored 12 points each off the bench which can be viewed as a positive for the Lakers.  It looks like Kobe Bryant is working on getting his legs back underneath him after being out for a full season. Bryant finished the game shooting 3-13 and just 6 points.
