The Los Angeles Clippers dominated tonight after beating the Oklahoma City Thunder 120-108. This win from the Clips put an end to the Thunder’s 7 game winning streak.
Chris Paul led the Clippers in scoring with 33 points coupled with 9 assists. J.J. Redick came in clutch behind Paul with 25 points. DeAndre Jordan dominated defensively racking up 17 rebounds. The Clippers are hoping to get the strength of Blake Griffin back within the next few games.
The Clippers may be looking for a fourth seed spot but the Oklahoma City Thunder are fighting to make the playoffs. They are currently competing with the New Orleans Pelicans for that final place spot.
Russell Westbrook finished tonight’s game with 24 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and 10 whole turnovers. Anthony Morrow also came off of the bench to score 26 points.
DeAndre Jordan was able to impress Clippers fans as he went 5 for 6 from the foul line. Chris Paul had 20 first-half points and they were a season high. Redick and Oklahoma City’s Enes Kanter were also called for double technical fouls late in the second half.
Up next the Clippers will take on the Dallas Mavericks!
