Jones was cut from the Baltimore Ravens last month after he struggled last season. During 2014 Jones had a few bad drops to go along with two muffed punts which was enough to for the Ravens to part ways with the veteran.
Michael Gehlken of U-T San Diego reported that the Chargers are far from being done adding receivers to the roster.
Jacoby Jones the first WR Chargers added this offseason. Rest assured, they’re far from done at position.

Gehlken also reported that quarterback Phillip Rivers was involved in the recruiting process.
Jacoby Jones said Philip Rivers told him Thursday offense needs him as “burner.” Jones: “I’m going to be the guy to help take the top off.”
