Casey Kelly Struggling With Groin Strain

According to Dennis Lin of U-T San Diego San Diego Padres pitcher Casey Kelly is struggling with a groin injury.

The plan with Kelly is to work him as a starter during spring training. The former first round pick in the 2008 MLB draft has not pitched since 2012.

When he did pitch in 2012 he struggled as he posted a 2-3 record with a 6.21 ERA.
