The Los Angeles Clippers looked impressive early tonight but they couldn’t hold on. They lost to the Toronto Raptors 123-107. This marks the third loss in a row for the Clippers.

Blake Griffin scored 26 points, Chris Paul had 22 and Jamal Crawford had 18. They dropped to 2-4 for eight-game road trip, which will end with games in Oklahoma City and Dallas.

They created a decent lead for themselves in the first quarter, and gave us all hope that tonight would be different from last night.

But they weren’t able to keep this going throughout. The ended the half 59-57 and by the end of the third the Raptors took the lead.

Toronto Raptors players capitalized on their chance to get ahead as they came back from a 20 point deficit. DeMar DeRozan put up 24 points, Kyle Lowry had 21. Lou Williams also had 18 points, Greivis Vasquez scored 12 of his 17 in the fourth quarter and James Johnson came back after missing four games and put up 16 points. This marked the first time since 2009-10 the Raptors have swept the series with the Clippers.

The Clippers now have a string of injuries under their belt. They are without J.J. Redick, Hedo Turkoglu, and DeAndre Jordan.

Up next the Clippers will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday!
