Lakers Pick Up First Win Of The Season

The Los Angeles Lakers picked up their first win of the season on Wednesday night when they beat the Phoenix Suns 131-113.
Lance Stephenson led the way for the Lakeshow with 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. LeBron James flirted with a triple-double as he had 19 points, 10 assists, and 7 rebounds.
JaVale McGee scored 20 points to go along with 2 assists and 6 rebounds. Kyle Kuzma chipped in 17 points, while Josh Hart and Lonzo Ball reached double figures with 15 and 12 respectively.
On the other side, Devin Booker scored 23 points to go along 7 assists and 7 rebounds. DeAndre Ayton added 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Trevor Ariza scored 14 points while Tyson Chandler had 14 points and 11 rebounds. Josh Jackson and T.J. Warren scored 10 apiece off the bench.
Los Angeles did a great job of protecting the ball committing only 8 turnovers compared to the Suns’ 19. Los Angeles will look to build on this as they take on the Denver Nuggets at home tonight.
