Kings Drop Off Their 5th Straight

The Los Angeles Kings dropped their fifth straight game as they lost to the Dallas Stars 4-2 on Tuesday night.
The offense got started in the first period when Blake Comeau scored a wrist shot goal. His goal was assisted by Jason Dickinson and Jason Spezza.
In the second period, Spezza scored a snapshot goal. His goal was assisted by Justin Dowling and Devin Shore.
Anze Kopitar put the Kings on the board with a backhanded goal that was assisted by Drew Doughty and cut the lead to 2-1. John Klingberg answered with a wrist shot goal just 20 seconds later that was assisted by Shore.
Tyler Toffoli capped off the exciting second period with a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Sean Walker that cut the lead to 3-2.
Tyler Pitlick scored a wrist shot in the third period to end the Los Angeles hopes of ending their losing streak. Tyler Seguin and Klingberg were credited with the assists.
Los Angeles will take on the Minnesota Wild on Thursday night on the road.
