According to Adrian Wojnowski of ESPN.com, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Jimmy Butler is determined to join the Los Angeles Clippers.
Minnesota’s Jimmy Butler is most determined to find a way to the Los Angeles Clippers, league sources tell ESPN. The appeal of partnering with a second star – the Clippers have two max contract slots available in summer free agency – is an intriguing scenario for him.

Butler who was traded to the Wolves last year has not enjoyed his experience with Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins. Reports surfaced that there was a lot of internal strife within the organization.
If the Clippers are able to land a star like Butler it will be better their position for next summer in order to add that second star. Reporters have also stated that the Lakers signing LeBron James has been a turnoff to Butler and his camp.
