Andre Ethier Announces Retirement

According to Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier has announced that he will retire from professional baseball.

Ethier’s last hit: a single that drove in the Dodgers’ last run of the 2017 season, in Game 7 of the World Series.

Ethier has played his entire 12 year career with the Dodgers. He is a two-time All-Star and also won a Gold Glove in 2011.
Ethier has 162 homeruns and is a career .285 hitter. The club will honor Ethier on August 3rd at Dodger stadium.
