Yoslan Herrera Released By Los Angeles Angels

According to the Los Angeles Angels official team website, they have release Yoslan Herrera so that he can go pitch in Japan.
RHP Yoslan Herrera has been given his release in order to play in Japan for Yokohama in the Nippon Professional Baseball League. #Angels

Herrera will pitch for Yokohama DeNA BayStars of the Japan central league. He will turn 34 years-old next season and did perform well for the Angels.
In his 20 appearances he posted a 1-1 record with 2.70 ERA. His ability to throw a live fastball made him effective last season. He was expected to to join the Angels in spring training before the oppounity to join the Japan league came about.
