Los Angeles Lakers Vs. Phoenix Suns Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: January 19, 2015
The Los Angeles Lakers will travel to Phoenix to take on the Suns in a Western Conference matchup on Martin Luther King Day. What has been a tough stretch for the Lakers they hope they can start to find a rhythm as they continue their four game road trip.
In the Lakers last game they went up against the Utah Jazz and fell short 94-85. Kobe Bryant did not play in the loss and he is expected to sit out in this game as well. It was a struggle for the Lakers on Friday night protecting the ball. They committed 15 turnovers in the first half which doesn’t help your case for winning ball games.
Tonight’s matchup will be the fourth and final meeting between the two teams. The Suns have won all three games thus far in competitive matchups.
The Suns have been playing very good basketball as of late. They have won 6 out of the last 8 games, and are looking to bury the Lakers even deeper in the Pacific Division Standings.
In these teams last meeting Eric Bledsoe had 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. The Lakers will need to try to keep him out of the lane if they are hoping to beat the Suns. The up and down tempo the Suns play is always tough to match up on and tonight will be no different.
