Padres Sign Craig Stammen To 2-Year Deal

According to Ken Rosenthal of the Atheltic, the San Diego Padres have signed reliever Craig Stammen to a 2-year deal worth 4.5 million dollars.
Busy times for #Padres. In serious talks to re-sign reliever Craig Stammen, sources tell The Athletic. Also favored to sign Japanese submariner Kazuhisa Makita, per @JeffPassan & report out of Japan. Stammen 5th in majors with 80 1/3 relief innings in ‘17: 74 Ks, 28 BB, 3.14 ERA.
