Clippers Offense Struggles In Miami

The Los Angeles Clippers continued their road trip in Miami against the Heat on Saturday but their offense didn’t travel and they fell 90-85. With the loss, Los Angeles now sits at 11-17 on the campaign.
Montrezl Harrell led the team in scoring off the bench with 15 points. Lou Williams and Milos Teodosic each chipped in 13 points, while DeAndre Jordan added 12 points and 20 rebounds.
For Miami, Josh Richardson scored a game-high 28 points including 6 three-pointers. Dion Waiters added 13 while Kelly Olynky added 11 points and Goran Dragic chipped in 10. Los Angeles shot just 8/28 from behind the arc and 7/14 from the free throw line that seemed to be the difference in the game. They also committed 17 turnovers to compared to Miami’s 8.
Los Angeles was without Austin Rivers who suffered a concussion against the Orlando Magic earlier in the week. They will look to bounce back against the San Antonio Spurs in San Antonio tomorrow night.
