Lin reported further information.
You’ve heard this a lot with a certain other target — the Padres like Freddy Galvis’ intangibles. The Venezuela native emerged as the leader in a young Phillies clubhouse last season. He relates well in two languages.

Lin continued.
The Padres are sending starting-pitching prospect Enyel De Los Santos to the Phillies for Galvis, as @BNightengale said first. De Los Santos would have been in line for a big-league invite with San Diego.
