LeBron’s Big Night Lifts Cavs Over Lakers

LeBron James recorded his 59th triple-double of his career and the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Los Angeles Lakers 121-112 on Thursday night. Los Angeles drops to 10-17 on the year and has lost two in a row.
Brandon Ingram led the way with 26 points, 6 assists, and 6 rebounds. Lonzo Ball had 13 points, 11 assists, and 8 rebounds, Josh Hart got his first career start and recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Kyle Kuzma added 20 points and 7 rebounds off the bench. Julius Randle chipped in 13 and Jordan Clarkson added 11 points for the Lakers. For the Cavs, Kevin Love had 28 points and 11 rebounds.
James had 25 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists. Jose Calderon had a strong game with 17 points, and Jae Crowder added 11 points. Dwayne Wade and Kyle Korver each added 10 points off the bench for Cleveland.
Los Angeles struggled to shoot the ball from distant shooting just 9/31 on the night. They also turned the ball over 18 times in the loss. Los Angeles will take on the Golden State Warriors on Monday night at the Staples Center as the club retires Kobe Bryant‘s jersey.
