Lakers Continue Road Trip In Cleveland
- Updated: December 14, 2017
Lonzo Ball will get a chance to take on his childhood hero LeBron James tonight in Cleveland for the first time in his young career. Lakers fans are hoping that it’s the first of many times these two are on the court together as there have been rumors about James taking his talents to Hollywood.
Los Angeles enters tonight’s contest with a 10-16 record while the Cavaliers sit at 20-8 and poised for another deep playoff run. The Lakers betting odds for tonight are not in their favor as the Cavs have won 15 of their last 16 games and James is defying age expectations and is having an MVP caliber season again.
Second-year player Brandon Ingram is coming off a tough game against the New York Knicks Tuesday night. Mike Trudell of Lakers.com shared some information on his practice habits.
The Knicks did a good job of packing the paint and throwing bodies (Porzingis, most notably) at Ingram when he got to the rim last night. After today’s practice in Cleveland, Ingram is spending extra time working on his pull-up J as a counter. pic.twitter.com/St48BMeiBM

Cavs coach Ty Lue said Dwyane Wade is available to play tonight (he missed Cleveland’s last game with knee soreness).
