Chargers Place Nick Novak On IR

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com, Los Angeles Chargers kicker Nick Novak has been placed on the injured reserve.
Chargers placed Nick Novak on IR and promoted K Travis Coons to active roster. Coons is the Chargers’ third full-time kicker this season.

Jack Wang of the Los Angeles Daily News also reported the news.
And the Chargers are officially switching to their third kicker this season.
Travis Coons signed from practice squad to active roster. Nick Novak, who replaced Younghoe Koo in Week 5, is placed on injured reserve.

New Chargers kicker Travis Coons will make his season debut tomorrow against his old team. He was 28 of 32 on FGs for the Browns in 2015, but missed both attempts from 50+ yards.
