Jets Skate Past Ducks 4-1 Friday Night

The Winnipeg Jets used two goals in the first period to skate past the Anaheim Ducks 4-1 on Friday night. Anaheim has lost two in a row after falling to the Jets.
The offense got started in the first period just forty seconds into the game when Nikolaj Ehlers scored a wrist shot goal. His goal was assisted by Patrik Laine and Bryan Little to give the Jets a 1-0 lead. Ehlers scored another goal a few minutes later. His second goal was assisted by Tyler Myers and Little.
In the second period, Francois Beauchemin scored the lone goal for Anaheim. His slap shot goal was assisted by Mike Liambas and Dennis Rasmussen. Little answered back with a snapshot goal that was assisted by Myers and Ehlers. Kyle Connor scored an empty net goal in the third period and the Ducks fell 4-1.
Anaheim will take on the Los Angeles at the Staples Center tonight a 7:30 p.m. PST
