Buster Olney of ESPN.com also reported the news.
Josh Paul a really smart hire as bench coach by the Angels. Highly respected within NYY organization for his work there, plus this: Mike Scioscia‘s contract runs out after next year, and if he or the Angels move in another direction, Paul a potential candidate.

Paul spent time with the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Angels, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays as a player. Paul has been a part of the Yankees coaching staff in the minor leagues over the last few seasons helping the development of catchers.
