Amadio Scores First Career Goal, Kings Win 5-3

Michael Amadio scored his first career goal and the Los Angeles Kings beat the Toronto Maple Leafs by a score of 5-3 on Friday night. With the win, the Kings improved their record to 10-2-1 on the year.
Amadio got things started with the opening goal at the 2:34 mark. His goal was assisted by Tanner Pearson.

Micheal Cammalleri added a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar. Trevor Lewis capped off the Kings strong first quarter with a goal of his own that was assisted by Nick Shore and Cammalleri and after the first period, the Kings led 3-0.
In the second period, Tyler Toffoli scored a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Tanner Pearson and Jake Muzzin. Toffoli scored his second goal of the period that was assisted by Adrian Kempe and Pearson.
Auston Matthews got the Leafs on the board with a penalty shot goal in the second period. Morgan Rielly added a wrist shot goal at the end of the period that was assisted by Matthews and Zach Hyman.
It was Connor Brown in the third period that trimmed the Los Angeles led to 5-3. His goal was assisted by Jake Gardiner and William Nylander.
