Mike Scoscia Wants To Return Past 2018 Season

According to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim manager Mike Scioscia wants to continue to manage after his contract ends in the 2018 season.

Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Fletcher spoke to Scioscia after the season ended over the weekend.

Scioscia became the Angels manager in 2000 and won the 2002 World Series with the club. In his 18 seasons, he has a 1570-1346 record which is good for a .538 winning percentage.

Scioscia has been to the playoffs 7 times as a manager with the last time coming in 2014.
