LA Chargers Fall To Chiefs, Drop To 0-3

The Los Angeles Chargers fell 24-10 to the Kansas City Chiefs and drop to to 0-3 on the season. The Chiefs have now beat Los Angeles for the 7th straight time.
The offense got started in the 1st quarter when Alex Smith through a deep pass to the right and connected with Tyreek Hill for a 30-yard touchdown. Smith connected later with Albert Wilson for a 6-yard touchdown.
Los Angeles answered back with a 11-yard touchdown run to put the club on the board 14-7 at the end of the first quarter. Cairo Santos hit a 34-yard field goal in the 2nd quarter that pushed the lead to 17-7. Younghoe Koo hit a 29-yard field goal as time expired and the Bolts went into halftime trailing 17-10.
With no scoring in the 3rd quarter Kareem Hunt capped off his night with a 69-yard touchdown run that gave Kansas City the 24-10 victory.
Smith finished the night with 16/21 completions for 155 yards and 2 touchdowns while Hunt rushed the ball for 172 yards and a 1 touchdown.
Philip Rivers went 20/40 on completions for 237 yards and 3 interceptions.
Los Angeles will take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Fox Sports on Sunday.
