Rosario Hits Walk-Off To Beat Padres 3-1

Eddie Rosario hit a 2-run home run in the 10th inning to beat the San Diego Padres 3-1 on Wednesday night. San Diego has loss 3 in a row now.

For San Diego Dinelson Lamet got the start. He pitched 6 innings allowing 5 hits and 1 run. He walked 2 and struck out 5 as he was awarded a no decision.

On the other side Ervin Santana got the start. He pitched 6 innings allowing 3 hits allowed 0 runs. He walked 1 and struck out 7as he was awarded a no decision.

In the 2nd inning Rosario scored on a wild pitch that gave the Twins an early 1-0. In the 8th inning Austin Hedges hit a solo home run to tie the score.

It was Rosario in the 10th inning that hit a 2-run shot that brought in Joe Mauer and the Twins went on to win 3-1.

San Diego will take on the Colorado Rockies tonight at 5:40 p.m. PST. Clayton Richard and Tyler Chatwood are the projected starters.
