Angels Trade Cameron Maybin To Houston Astros

According to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have traded outfielder Cameron Maybin to the Houston Astros.

Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Maybin has been in the league for 11-years spending time with the Detroit Tigers, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres, and Atlanta Braves throughout his career.
So far this season he is hitting .235 with 19 doubles, 6 home runs, and 22 RBI’s. He also has 29 stolen bases on the year. Los Angeles made the deal in order to make room for Justin Upton.
