Dodgers Place Cody Bellinger On DL

According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the Los Angeles Dodgers have placed first basemen Cody Bellinger on the disabled list due a ankle injury.

Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register also reported the news.

The Dodgers confirmed the news on their official Twitter account.
#Dodgers also recalled Josh Ravin from Triple-A and placed Cody Bellinger on 10-day DL with a sprained right ankle (retroactive to 8/20).

Bellinger was forced to left the Dodgers game a few nights ago with the ankle injury. He is having an awesome rookie campaign which has become one of the major story lines in all of baseball.
