According to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Clippers have offered their general manger position to Oklahoma City Thunder executive Michael Winger.

Winger spent five years with the Cleveland Cavilers before spending the last seven years with the Thunder. With the departure of Chris Paul the Clippers have reshaped their entire front office adding Jerry West, and removing the President of Basketball operations duties and responsibilities from Doc Rivers.
