Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle also reported the news.
Rockets reach agreement with Luc Mbah a Moute. @ChrisBHaynes 1st. Rockets wanted 1 more wing defender. D’Antoni considered that a priority.

Mbah a Moute is one of the best wing defenders in the NBA and the Rockets added to their list of solid defenders with the signing. Houston has already made the blockbuster move of the summer by added Chris Paul via trade. They are also in talks with the New York Knicks in a possible Carmelo Anthony swap.
P.J. Tucker and Trevor Ariza are already great wing defenders that Houston has available for them. For the Clippers with the addition of Danillo Gallinari it limited their ability to bring back Mbah a Moute.
