Former Chargers OT King Dunlap Retires

According to Adam Chaplan of ESPN.com, former Los Angeles Chargers offensive tackle King Dunlap has retired from the NFL after nine seasons.

Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun also reported the news.

Dunlap a former 7th round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent time with the Eagles and the Chargers throughout his career.

Last season with the club Dunalap played and started in 12 games. He had one fumble recovery. Dunlap was a veteran who was a unsigned free agent. Many reporters had him linked to a possible mover to Baltimore.

Los Angeles will look to fill the void on the offseason line with the retirement of Dunlap.
