Luol Deng Undergoes Surgery

According to Bill Oram of the Orange County Register, Los Angeles Lakers forward Luol Deng has underwent surgery to repair a pectoral muscle.

Deng signed with the Lakers this offseason for four years worth $72 million dollars. Last season with the Lakers Deng played in 56 games starting in 49 of them.
He averaged a career low 7.6 points per game. Los Angeles will look to improve their team this offseason as Magic Johnson and Luke Walton will try and right the ship.
The next date for the Lakers is the NBA Draft Lottery where they will find out the fate of their pick.
