Nwaba went undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft out of Cal Poly. Nwaba was a 1,000 point scocer at Cal Poly and a three year starter.
He made the D-Fenders off of a open tryout last summer. He will now get his opportunity to play with his childhood favorite team. The 24-year old is known for his defensive abilities. Los Angeles waived veteran guard Jose Calderon in order to make room for the youngster.
