Kings Place Jeff Zatkoff On Waivers

According to Chris Johnston of Sportsnet, the Los Angeles Kings have placed goaltender Jeff Zatkoff on waivers.

As noted in the story, Zatkoff expected to remain w/ LA in the near future if he clears waivers, as I was told by a hockey ops source.

Zatkoff is a former third round pick of the Kings back in the 2006 NHL Draft. He has spent time with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Kings throughout his career.
Zatkoff and Peter Budaj have both got an opportunity this season due to Jonathan Quick going down with injury for a majority of the season.
