Say what you want about Jim Buss and Mitch Kupchak but it looks as if the Lakers are committed to rebuilding this team the right way. Brandon Ingram is one of the most promising young players in the league and there something to say about the Lakers front office hesitation to deal small forward.
As easy as it could have been for the Lakers to get sucked into the thought of acquiring a star I agree with the organizations reluctance to trade for Cousins who will in fact be eligible to be a free agent in the summer of 2018. Who is to say that Cousins will hit the market anyway?
A poll that we are running on Twitter shows what fans think about the Lakers not wanting to part with Brandon Ingram.
