LA Kings Place Tyler Toffoli On IR

According to Greg Beacham of the Associated Press, the Los Angeles Kings have placed forward Tyler Toffoli on the injured reserve.

Toffoli is a former second round pick of the Kings in the 2010 NHL Draft. So far this season he has played in 32 games and recorded 20 points.
He has 8 goals and 12 assists while averaging 17 minutes for ice time. Last year he scored a career high 31 goals. Los Angeles is already without Jonathan Quick and now without Toffoli things won’t get any easier.
